An ‘origin’ story of Spider-Woman, aka Jessica Drew.
How she obtained her powers (lab accident while Jessica’s mother was carrying her), her indoctrination into Hydra, her discovery of what Hydra was really after, her recruitment into S.H.I.E.L.D (after several encounters with a younger Nick Fury), something called “The Athena Project” and a General Wyndham.
Fun, easy-to-read story.

So I take it this isn’t the “Ultimate” universe?

Hi, I’m not entirely familiar with the Marvel Ultimate universe. But I think this isn’t part of it. In the Ultimate Universe, I think Spider-Woman was revealed to be a clone, wasn’t she?
